YECL is pleased to sponsor Fitness on the Go sessions here at Yellowbird hall!
These classes will be one hour sessions of basic fundamental exercises with the focus of increasing whole body strength, using body-weight exercises. Emphasis will be place on safe and correct technique with exercise variations that will appeal to all fitness levels.
Classes run on Wednesdays, from 2pm-3pm, beginning October 8, and are FREE for participants. This is a fantastic opportunity to get some exercise and quality fitness training close to home! Any and all fitness levels are welcome (age 18+).
