The class is a one hour session of basic fundamental exercises with the focus of increasing whole body strength, using body-weight exercises. Emphasis will be place on safe and correct technique with exercise variations that will appeal to all fitness levels.

As a graduate of Physical Education in Sports Performance and Physical Activity from the University of Alberta, I have the educational background to truly understand the science of physical activity. I have experience working with a variety of populations and see every individual and client as unique, allowing me to maximize each persons potential. I believe that the road to a healthy lifestyle is built with small changes and that each day is the opportunity to improve yourself.
