The Yellowbird Community Garden is a group of people with a passion for gardening and community spirit.  We value connections with people and a shared love of gardening, regardless of skill level.

If this sounds like you, please join us!  Here’s a quick overview:

Our garden is a community effort, made possible by the contributions of volunteers.  You will be one of these.  In addition to having your own plot, you’ll be joining a group of enthusiastic garden lovers and helping to maintain our space as a place for everyone to enjoy.  This will mean contributing in some way to the garden as a whole beyond your own plot.

There is a fee to rent a plot each year.

• • $25 for a 4×4 plot
  • $35 for a 4×8 plot

A Yellowbird community league membership is required.  This membership must be renewed each year, and the proceeds support the league, which in turns subsidizes the garden.  Memberships can be purchased online at https://efcl.org/membership-purchase/, or by contacting memberships@yellowbirdcl.com.  If you live outside of Yellowbird but hold a membership in another league, you can contact memberships@yellowbirdcl.com and ask for an associate Yellowbird membership at a reduced rate.
